A: Our coaching program is a minimum of one month, to ensure that we can provide as much value and benefit to our clients as possible. We believe that one month is the minimum amount of time necessary to make real progress and see tangible results and therefore we do not do offer once-off sessions unless you have a specific area or topic you require guidance and support on, and in that instance we will recommend our 'breakthrough session'.
